    Inner strength is builded
The good thingsA place where we can help poor students and those who are in need.
The challengesChallenges to work here is students' financial and family background. Many of them are needy and received Baitulmal / zakat scholarship. Somehow their difficulties distract your emotions as a teacher who knew their problems.

    A good start for newbie!
The good thingsA medium size of college with huge potential to be explored. As a new English Lecturer, you'll be surrounded with supportive team of Language Unit. There will be enough enhancement courses provided especially for those who are new as an educator. Medical cost, insurance, living cost allowance, housing allowance, courses allowance are also available for staff. The students are awesome too!
The challengesYou'll find that roads (from anywhere) to go this location is congested most of the time. If you are well organised and good in time management, you won't face any problem of late or stuck in a traffic jam. Other that that, you are only have to challenge other brilliant ideas from other lecturers to make sure your student love your lecture (more than your colleague).
