    Not a good place for long term job. For gain experience is okey
    The good thingsFlexible hour sometime. Friendly staffs
    The challengesPoor management, have been here for 10 years but only got RM500 increments, got no benefits, late payment salary every month, got money problems, not a good environment to work (dirty shop lot) always have internet, electricity and water problems (tak bayar) tunggakkan KWSP, sometime they pay half of salary.

    A good platform to gain new experience and knowledge as a fresh grad student.
    The good thingsHave a friendly staffs, can tolerate and work as a team, a good facilities are provided and flexible working hours.

    The challengesLecturer burden with hours of workload, sometimes have to teach subject which are not related with my qualification. Lecturer also must participate as marketeer and KPI's based on how many student can you bring for a year. Too much of fake and lie in documenting for pass audits such as attendance, result, exam and lecturer. Lecturer faced auditing more importance thing to do rather than teaching. A lots of activity done by KTT in a year, unfortunately lecturer also must participated as committee members, imagine lecturer wearing robe in convocation ceremony need to do all the things, chaos!

    Peaceful
    The good thingsStarting salary is good even tough you don`t have any experience. The environment is good and peaceful. Standard of living here is low. It is nearby KLIA, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur.
    The challengesit`s hard to attract student to come and study here because of the mind set that IPTA is better than college. There are many student from here continuing their at Europe, US and Asia also.

    The challengesmultitasking person.. able to work more than 8 hours.. able to bare with too much of workload..
