The challengesThe management is childish. Daily challenges would be the management. Not your job. Will change your working days on the next day itself.

    Customer Service Key Account Officer
The good thingsThis company give me exposure and experience involve with Export to oversea arrangement dealt with customer, forwarder, production, store & others. Documentation need to provide for oversea clearance, problems & how to react once problems come. This jobs give many challenges and need to patience.
The challengesSometimes we face the orders from customer wrongly send by our store, shortage, document stuck and our customer have problem to make clearance at customs etc. Order from our customer late produce by our production and our customer become unsatisfied with our service. So we have to make our customer calm down and try to convince them nicely. Give them back their trust and stay order from us.
