The challengesSometimes we face the orders from customer wrongly send by our store, shortage, document stuck and our customer have problem to make clearance at customs etc. Order from our customer late produce by our production and our customer become unsatisfied with our service. So we have to make our customer calm down and try to convince them nicely.
