    Need to improve on management
    The good thingsPay and benefit slightly better compare to other company, work life balance, friendly colleague, stress level is relatively average to low. suitable for those fresh graduates as a stepping stone.
    The challengesBad management with lots of politics in between, claims & incentive payout is very slow, claims up to few months, incentive more than a year.
