    Good place to grow but not to earn. Unless you join here as managers

    The challengesInbalance salary with competency of skills. They tend to pay higher for older worker even they dont have required skills in automation. Youth with good skills tend to leave the company. Unfair value metrics in KPI measurement. They appreciate more on occurency of task rather than complexity of task. Hence, seniors tend to leave complex task on junior n do a lot of easy task to impress managers.
