    The good thingsEveryone is friendly here, the job scope always changing making a competitive working environment. Learning, Adapting, and performing is key in working here. If you are looking for challenges or hurdles to face in life this company is perfect fit for you too work.
    The challengesSometimes there are HOD who don't like to take advice or request from the lower rank staff because they act like they know everything even-though they are not. People makes mistake, admit it own it and move on. Listen to other voices and of course you can change in their behavior and surely it will increase working performance of the staff that works under them.

    The good thingsThe employer was a highly motivated, responsible to set up the individual sales target each month and also stressed the teamwork to achieve monthly sales target. Moreover, the surrounding environment like administrative staff were Cooperative with all the staff involved either by high officials and contract worker.
    The challengesI had to accept the offer of study at University Malaysia Terengganu because this job contract required someone who always achieve sales target and able to face high working pressure. Other than that, I also need to improve my communication skills, be able to cope with high working pressure and become knowledgeable person

    The good thingsWAS ONE OF THE BEST HAULAGE INDUSTRY IN MALAYSIA BUT NOW LACKING OF QUALITY ON THE EMPLOYEE AND THE WORK. COULD DO BETTER IF THE SALES COULD SELECT CUSTOMERS BASED ON PROFIT GAIN INSTEAD OF JUST FILLING UP THE CUSTOMER DATABASE AND FILLING THE AVAILBALE WAREHOUSE.
    The challengesTHE PROTOCOL THAT BLOCKS ON STAFF ADVANCEMENT AND ALSO IN GETTING SOME JOBS DONE SMOOTHLY AND EFFIENCIETLY TAKES LONGER TIME.     The good thingsThe environmental of way of working and here you may learn lots on the new experiences. It's also may teach you how to develop your interpersonal skills upon handling any obstacle that seeks your attention and knowledges. I gain lots of experience that in may apply in my new organisation work.

Supportive management, excellent working environment and colleague, high tech facilities and most importantly no politicking in daily work will makes you wants/willing to contribute more for this company. Its a national brand in the logistics industry. This company is a pioneer and also well known in the logistics industry.
    The challengesThis company is currently experiencing financial difficulties due to mismanagement by its previous management. Therefore a lot of development has to be reviewed due to this. Being backed up by NCB (parents company) and PNB, currently the company is recovering slowly from this problem.
