    The good thingsInterns can learn more new knowledge and also can develop their soft skills too. Interns will have a presentation with CEO. CEO are very kind and good hearted person. I never seen this kind before CEO who come and interact with interns. All employee here are so friendly and helpful. They will help what ever we want although they were busy with their stuff. Hr are so kind and helpful too. They guide the interns and also they organises many activities to improve the bonding between company and employee and also to make sure all employee happy with their work. I had a great time and I learn more knowledge.
    The challengesWhen I given a task to develop a shell script. I dont know anything about it. Then I do some research about it to get to know more about it. So we should be self learner too, if we want to know something.

    Best place to learn and gain knowledges
    The good thingsThe company CEO is the most humble and active person, same goes to the other employees they are so much helpful and friendly also. Other than that, the supervisors of each trainee will not take an advantages on their trainees.The supervisor will teach the trainee again and again if they are not sure with about the task that have been given. Basically,Kontron is a nice place to gain knowledge and experiences.At the end, the HR department also is a very helpful department.
    The challengesThere is no cafeteria ,all the employees need to bring their own food.

    The good things1) Friendly and supportive HR Managements (Ms Asu & Ms Ain) 2) Very humble CEO of Kontron. 3) Good and conducive working environment. 4) Great supervisor in giving knowledges and helping out with task given. (Mr Dharrvindra V.Parthepan) 5) Senior Engineers treats all Intern student equally as Engineer. 6) Ability to give suggestion and decision for the task given. 7) Weekly presentation with CEO helps in enhancing communication and presentation skills. 8) Comfortable pantry to eat. 9) Friendly security guard and giving positive greetings everyday makes the day even better. 10) Alot things to learn here without any barrier. (More than expectations)

    The good thingsI enjoyed working at Kontron Asia Pacific Design Sdn.Bhd. All the employees are very friendly and sporting. The employees treat the interns like an employee of Kontron. Kontron is a good platform for interns to gain new knowledge and improve their skills. The CEO, Mr.Shan is very friendly and understanding. The weekly meetings are very helpful for interns to improve their soft skills. The topics given are also very interesting and new. The CEO attends every meeting so he could see the improvement of every interns. Frankly, this meetings has made me improve a lot in my presenting skills and made me less nervous.
    The challengesI enjoyed working at Kontron Asia Pacific Design Sdn.Bhd. My supervisor always gives me tasks to be completed. My supervisor has handed me my own project. I enjoyed doing it.

    The good thingsI enjoyed doing my internship at Kontron Asia Pacific Design Sdn Bhd. The CEO, Mr. Shan is a very friendly and understanding CEO. He spends time with every employee and interns. The employees are also very friendly. They treat the interns as an employee of Kontron Asia Pacific Design Sdn Bhd. My supervisor, Ms.Saranya Devi Ramachram is very understanding and very helpful. She teaches me step by step and trusts me with every task she gives me. Thank you.

    The good thingsAll the employees very friendly and the environment also peacefully . I think trainee can apply for this company because this company have a good knowledge and skills . So, it was a good platform for me to learn and get a lot of benefits from this company . After doing my industrial training in this company , i have maximize my technical skills and can troubleshoot the board also can apply for testing board by referring test plan has given .
    The challengesSometimes while testing the board i faces a lot of problem but it give me some advantages because if doesnt have any challenge in working area lt doesnt fun .

    The good thingsThe good things in Kontron All the employees here are very kind and friendly. They help us a lot in doing our works as an internship student. They guide us to in performing our tasks and always respond nicely when we ask some questions or anything. many good things in kontron for me. CEO very sporting and always give you some motivation about your future. For me it good company to gain new knowledge about R&D company because technology that used in kontron always up to date with era 4.0. It was good for student to learn this knowledge that cant gain it in their university.

    The good thingsThe working environment is very conducive and more opportunities for career development. Employees here are friendly, helpful and willing to teach new recruit to experience a real working environment. Besides that, Good place for fresh graduates to start their career and Flexible working style. Supportive human resources & management team in term of employees need.
    The challengesThis is my first-time in industry, it is big challenges for me to adapt to the new environment especially in the mechanical department. But, thanks to the company management because provide me training to enhance my capability to improve my skill in CAD software.

    Good Company with Great HR
    The good thingsKontron is definitely a good company to work for. The working Environment is conducive, Managers are supportive and willing to help. I have developed my technical skills & knowledge in Kontron. Our HR is so powerful and Employee friendly. HR has organized so many new Activities (Team Building), New Training Classes with good and knowledgeable trainer. Our HR is fantastic and i seriously feel she deserves recognition. HR even notices & gives me new lanyards before even i ask !

    What makes it good is the people
    The good thingsRelatively small organization doing big things. All sorts of embedded design development from end to end. You get exposure to computer technologies. Humble benefits. Average office culture meets R&D drive = relax yet exciting. Management is trying their best and you can see it on so many levels. Average to zero politics.
    The challengesNo cafeteria. Awkward office layout. Most of the time it is understaffed due to both attrition and the company's own growth in business and in organization.

    The good thingsKontron is a good place for gained knowledge and having great experience especially for freshie. They were very helpful and willing to teach from zero till hero. Really enjoyed working environment.

    The good thingsGreat environment in the company , great and nice colleagues that can discuss anything , high safety environment even in the outdoor, comfortable when working , flexible working hours, helpful colleagues and manager which help when meets difficulty , supportive teammates which can stay over time together and amazing product of the company
    The challengesHave to do alot of research and find out knowledge on your own, cafe is not convenient enough since didn't sell food, heavy traffic to or from the company at working hours, stress and stress
