    Family business with no SOP and no management capability. Management care about them self only.
    The good thingsLearn on politics environment and yes man to management.
    The challengesLow benefits, compulsory work on new year and Christmas, no SOP, no quality control, only blame on customers side if have issue even the issue is company fault, family members on management with low capability to manage company, management decision change day and night even already promise.
