    Some days are okay some days are just not your day. Avoid gossips and toxic managers.
    The good thingsIf you can focus on ur self without involving with politics it can be a good place for u. Good benefits for staff for a Bumi Company. Compare to other koperasi they are much better. Just do ur own job and keep ur personal life to ur self.
    The challengesFirstly there are more managers then executive in this organization. Some managers (not all) are not compatible in their own role as a manager. They dont motivate they blame and will look for ur mistakes. Lack if leadership.

    The challengesManager micromanage. No room for growth. Salary Issues, If staff have internal loans, their salary can be held or which can affect financial stability and create dissatisfaction. No compromise. Lack of engagement staff.

    The challengesIntervention by Board of Directors on business affairs disrupts the day to day operation. The background of directors who do not have experience and knowledge in the field of management often causes complexity in decision making especially in setting the right business direction.

    The good thingsEveryone is positive and supportive. The company it self is very dedicated towards helping the employee. The manager and HOD are very helpful.

    The challenges- Manager not support staff when u have problem. Must settle any issues from your own decisions. - Salary for clerk position very low. - Superior not support new staff. Must learn everything on your own.

    The good thingsAll the colleague in IT is very helpful and experienced. Can learn a lot of things from colleague.
    The challengesDealing with the superior at IT. Most of the time the superior not helping at all. Always doing meeting until late night. Decision making from superior are very bad. Always giving trouble to staff and added more useless workload.
