    The good thingsSupportive Colleague. The location is strategic near to public facilities such as transport, clinic, bank, and etc.
    The challengesJobs scope not related with the workers. Need to find specific candidate for the position offered. Position offer not equal during the interview session. Bad HR service for this company. Late payment for claims. Not follow the rules and regulation about the claims payment. Always delay for a month paying the claims and burden the workers.

    Good exposure to new recruit
    The good thingsThis is new company. Opportunity to learn from scratch on how a lending company going to be a Bank. You will travel a lot throughout Malaysia to give talk especially to cooperatives. If you work hard, the company will really rewards you with a good perks.
    The challengesA lots of last minutes issue or things need to be solved. You are required to stay back quite late at night frequently. Sometimes, you will have to travel leaving your house for more than 5 days.

    The good thingsThe bosses are demanding, but they are supportive towards your career growth and they might demand you to stay overtime, but they will treats. The staff benefits are great too.
    The challengesBeing part of the team means that you should be open to learn new things and explore into marketing tasks even if your specific job title has nothing to do with marketing.
