    Fantastic and Awesome
    The good thingsAll the managers are new there. Most of the them has showed genuine care to the staff. It makes them feel happy and build a trust. Instead of punishment, the manager decided to explore the problem.
    The challengesSince i joined in 2019 there is no problem working at Koperasi Sahabat. i am happy and always wanted to come to work eveyrday.

    The good thingswill learn more an easy place and then the employer was very kind to me and the friends / staff here too friendly here. when i cant understand any topic i just ask they will explain to me until i understand. Thank you.

    The good thingsI have an experience walking tackle the student by facing their parent, and also i have an opportunity to give the product knowledge to the newbie staff. we have travel to all country during the roadshow trip, and give the consultation free for the student who've coming to our booth and distribute flyers to the walking people.
    The challengesSince I m working here, the company was gave me a challenge to lead the group at muar (Johor) for one month during the roadshow trip. And I m also lead to meet the penghulu (MUKIM) to set the appointment about our event at johor.
