    The good thingsThere is innovation in building new products as well as increasing its efficiency. They will continue to innovate to find ways to improve
    The challengesTop management is not competent. Directors are pupper masters. Managers have to follow and there is no direction. As family business, all top management are their own members. So is not good as long term.

    The good thingsOne of the largest glove’s manufacturer in the world, which is extremely stable on financial. Salary and bonus is good.
