    A stressful working environment
    The good thingsSalary given is quite the same level as working in Kuala Lumpur. Colleagues were great and helpful. Vast hands-on working experience because staying full time on site.
    The challengesThe management of project team in my current project is really terrible. No planning before start doing work and all works will be done in ad-hoc condition. No work/life balance at all. Sometimes, need to work on every Sunday just to chase the progress. Too much politics.
