    Its a good place to gain experience.
    The good thingsAll lab staffs are friendly. Give chance to practice and performed various tests. Lots of hands-on practices. Good environment to learn.
    The challengesChallenges as in still got few important tests can't learn because it's more to pre-analytical laboratory. So not all tests performed in laboratory. There are few important test sent to external lab or HQ to process it.

    The good thingsIm enjoy working here with others staff are very helpfull and cheerfull. Besides that, with teamwork from all the staff, all task becomes more easy. More over, i am also can share experience with them and update my knowledge with them. Not only care the patient , we also contribute for other task during work such as standby for emergency cases and working with community.
    The challengesI need to prepare to standby for 24 hours when i had to on call. Besides that, i am also have to do the best treatment to payment before refer to the others hospital. And to make a good and fast decision for good treatment to patient.

    The good things- Real working experience in laboratory department or organization. -Exposed to the clinical laboratory diagnostic skills such as handling and shipping the patient's sample. -MLT staff is very friendly and willing to teach trainee -Learned on new technical knowledge such as performed the quality control and calibration of equipment in standard procedure
