    Friendly environment
    The good thingsGood and friendly environment. This working place was very comfortable and good in social. Every staff are supportive to each other.
    The challengesThe salary working here for was quite low and I need more income to survive especially during this current economy. It wasn't enough for me.

    The good thingsIt have nice environment, many staffs that is very friendly and helpful. Many new equipment have been introduced at there, so will get lot of experience from there.
    The challengesHandling with staff and equipment is not enough. Need to be ready if any urgent corrective maintenance need to be used on-site.

    Salary grows very slow and not much benefits
    The good thingsMedical benefits and friendly colleague. Others good things are normal as at other company.
    The challengesBasic salary starts very low and alary grows slow. 6 Day working days a week. Not much quality time family sometimes need to stay back and overtime Less annual leave. Low opportunities for career growth.

    The good thingsThe manager and the lab members were very helpful in the learning process. There was constantly work to do, thus leaving interns and employees to learn and do new things based on the result outcome of each tests conducted on the patients; which gives room for better understanding of their condition.

    I got a lot of experiance but i still want to find more better job than this .
    The good thingsI enjoy working in this company because of enviroment . Since i'm working here , my confident level more better than before . Because i can explain to patient about the procedure , insurans , bill's and other so easy because i get a lot of knowledge from here .
    The challengesI need to be patient when i have to face our costumer / patient when they all get mad because of their insurans decline or anything else . We need to explain detail why or what happening with that . A lot of paper job need to submit as soon as possible because it's related to others department .

    Nice colleagues
    The good thingsi have been working in 3 different hospitals in 4 years, i would say that KPJ Tawakkal have the best pharmacy team so far. My colleagues are nice & very supportive to each other. They also create very comfortable work environment.
    The challengesThe hospital computering online system can be improved largely due to the system being too old and too outdated. They should hire new it guys to either upgrade the system or implement new system all over the hospital.

    The managment of the hospital is biased
    The good thingsthe staffs are friendly and fun to work with fo a hospital environment. The New Ceo is better than the previous one.
    The challengesThe managment could use a total change in staffing. Even the Human resource department.and the account department should learn how to not make too much salary deductions. The KRA should not be too biased. They could stop charging overtime towards the patient in xray department since xray department do not have oncalls anymore. The doctors should learn more about asceptic thechniques. thank you

    The challengesReports and paperwork. The preparation, data tabulation and compilation could be improvise. to expose head of department, second liner and senior staff on training on cost impact either monetary and non monetary.
