    Poor Data and Analytics Leadership
The good thingsThe team management and seniors are generally good as a person and they are very friendly. Time is flexible here and work-life balance is great.
The challengesLack of leadership that understand data and analytics, slow business growth and constant restructuring of the team. Only worked on a 1 project since I joined in 2020 because that is only our major client.

    Depends on your luck
The good thingsHR has a lot of amazing initiatives to make your time at KPMG a fun one. Especially if you love sports!
The challengesAlthough there are talented people and capable leaders here, there are some incompetent leaders in the organisation so be very careful about who becomes your performance manager. Beware of who you work under. Some employees may have a head over you because they have personal ties with senior management.

    Managing Consultant
The good thingsKPMG gives you such great opportunities to work in and gain experience from various (client's) industries. The consulting career also exposes you a diversity of assignments and engagements as well as giving you an opportunity to work in large projects. This is where you can develop strong analytical and communication skills.
The challengesI find that the Work-Life Balance is one of the biggest challenges here. You're expected to work long hours completing your job assignments, project deliverables, and managing your own team. Apart from that, quite regularly, but still a norm, you're required to travel, especially if you are involved in multiple projects regionally. May be fine for a bachelor, but not once you're getting married..
