    Good place to start your career
    The good thingsExcellent opportunities for career development (promote once a year if performance is satisfactory). The company invests in its staff (trainings/ guidance). Good benefits (medical insurance, retail discounts etc.) Generally good place as a career starter to help build your foundations. Salary is as per market rate.
    The challengesPoor work/life balance which is to be expected. Expected to multitask. Need to learn how to manage stress, you will get used to it eventually.

    The good thingsTraining provided is good for career development and professional skills improvement which all Big4 provided this.
    The challengeswork life is not balanced at all when you work in audit line. you can expect higher competition during pandemic when it comes to promotion. You remain at the same position but with your workload is getting increase.

    Audit: from zero to hero
    The good thingsIt is indeed a very good learning ground for fresh graduates. Auditors have the access to various firm training and materials to improve up their accounting technical skills and other soft skills as their career progresses. After 1 to 2 years, you will find yourself leading an audit team and participate in decision making.This is rare experience that will be hard to achieve elsewhere.
    The challengesDepending on the audit project that you are working on, often auditors are required to work long hours possibly up to 16 hours per day during the peak period season (Jan - March) which may impair one's health condition. In addition, the stressful workload and pressure of meeting the audit deadlines can be quite intense.
