    The good thingsI've been working at this company for 4 years. This is the best company I've ever worked for in terms of communication. We solve problems quickly and move on fast, focusing on solutions and what to do next rather than getting caught up in drama. We think forward and learn from the past. The team is supportive, and the environment is positive. We handle both private and professional matters well.
    The challengesOf course, there are challenges sometimes, but we deal with them on good terms.

    The good thingsKreloses is where I indeed grew professionally. I discovered and learned many things I never thought I could achieve. With the support of my colleagues and upper-level management, I became a key team player. I gained numerous skills and was allowed to explore various areas within the Customer Team until I found my strengths. This company encourages you to think outside the box and collaborate with other teams. We're a close-knit group, and I'm proud to say that we work exceptionally well together.     Being with the company allows you to learn something new every day
    The good thingsI enjoy that the company allows you to grow and guides you in that. When you work here, you find yourself learning something new every day. I myself have learned a lot of things from my colleagues and to mention that everyone is equal within this company. Even if you're just a junior your thoughts are being heard and considered.
    The challengesIm quite timid when it comes to expressing my own thoughts and feelings. However with the support of my seniors and higher ups I've managed to find the confidence to have discussions and openly speak up when i disagree with something. I've learnt how to deal with being wrong and to learn why i was wrong.

    The good thingsThe owner has technical background and values technical excellence. Therefore it is friendly environment for developer to learn and explore. I have opportunity to works on latest frontend technology like React JS and use advanced technique like code-splitting. Besides, the owner keep everyone updated about customers' feedback, thus the work feel meaningful as it brings impact to people.
    The challengesThe company size is small, thus you must be able to work independently.
