    good for career development
    The good thingsGood for career development and working environment so good.
    The challengesThis is entertainment company and market for entertainment was not really good. sometimes really need manpower who comes with "out of box'' to exchange knowledge and experience to maintain the company.

    The good thingsits fun working with the staff here , the environment to work with them is quite fun and relax , easy to work with and lots of ideas to share.
    The challengesi don't find myself good in this company , the way of management of the company is too poor. last minute preparation , work and design. we as a graphic designer cannot handle last minute jobs. its difficult for us to work on something good in a short time.
