The challengesHalf day work required on alternate weekends, annual leave is pro-rate and not lump sum, OT is a definite regularity, workload can be unreasonable at times. Training provided not sufficient to tackle tasks at work, skills acquired here become non-transferable when you consider a career change to other industry. Management prefers to isolate and push blame onto staff than focus on trying to improve performance. Siege mentality, toxic and unprofessional behavior can permeate from certain departments and personnel.
