    The good thingsnice colleagues, nice environment. Focuses on activities for employees to participate
    The challengesTerrible politics. High turnover rate, focus on mistakes, hard for career advancement, the way to success here is to act it out, Although the culture here is "transparent" but they don't really appreciate one's effort

    Just a tool in a toolbox
    The good things- Very high security, efficient when employee resigns - Can serve “garden leave” with shorter notice period - trying to adopt Agile principles - semi-flexible working hours - travel overseas - luxurious events - fast changing
    The challenges- employees voices need to be heard - not much transparency in communication - employee turnover is pretty high so difficult to continue from there - KPIs don’t really matter as it changes all the time

    Great Culture and Teamwork!
    The good thingsThe culture is great here. Very different from my previous employments. The Management practice \"open door\" policy which allows all employees to talk to their HODs or Management. Everyone has the room to grow and the Management accepts or will improve your ideas. Everyone is given the room to grow. The management loves to nurture talents and all the people in the company is the assets!
    The challengesI come from a different industries prior to joining KSK. So far, i love all the challenges given to me. From implementations of benefits and going for weekly meetings. It just feels that the Management really hears me. Working with the Top management is a different feeling and it feels awesome!
