    The company suffers from a lack of direction and KPI accountability, is led by an inexperienced CEO who avoids responsibility for failures, and is plagued by excessive workplace politics.
    The good thingsNothing good when you are being treated unfairly.
    The challengesNo one can give firm answer or direction. You could not differentiate higher management with fresh graduates.
