    Friendly environment, Mostly young professionals
    The good thingsEveryone here is kind and willing to teach. Team spirits are high thus working here is actually effective and fun. I also get a lot of various working experience as they usually guide you do it if you're willing to learn.

    No Proper Working Tools
    The good thingsprovide season parking, air condition is good, boss sometimes will treat lunch
    The challengesno proper working tools, computer is outdated and with turtle speed. lack of manpower where need to be multi task at all round office furnitures are old where some chairs not comfortable to sit on- cushions are spoilt meeting rooms are terrible where unable to cater for large crowd.

    The good thingsGood working culture, good interaction between employee and employer, energetic colleague, can gain useful technical knowledge from the lecture class prepared by the senior employee, work/life are balance such as the company provide sports activities and travel overseas for the old employee, lastly nice and tidy working environment.
    The challengesBecause I am an internship trainee for only three months, I can handle the workload but maybe in real working life is different. The only thing this company could improve is the computer speed, because some computer are slow to open the large files. Company also can create a model making group so that the employee can have further understanding about the project.
