    Exciting work enviroment
    The good things1. Good working enviroment and good for increase your knowledge. The head of department always shares a new knowledge and sometimes likes study in university. 2. The head of my department very protective on their department members. That make me confortable to work here. 3. Always have a meeting for discuss and share the problems. That make our problems can solve quickly.
    The challenges1. Sometimes need to make own decision in a big matter. But its actually will make us more confident and independent in any problems. 2. Very busy in tendering. Sometimes the work came at the same time or weeks. This problems make me stress. But usually my work partner will give help if my work overload.
