    The challengesTo prepare the documentation for the new mall, I had to manage without a complete SOP. However, I was able to overcome this challenge with the guidance of my superior.

    The good thingsA good place to work in terms of various kind of OSH activities for building maintenance and construction (strongly recommended to those who wants to gain more working experience and soft skills necessary to become a good safety and health practitioner).
    The challengesExpect tons of work, but this kind of hindrance is good in terms of developing your career and personality, not to mention regarding the invaluable lesson learnt in every tasks and problems you encountered. =)

    The good thingsTreated fairly as a multiracial company. Great relationship with Superior and Co-Workers. Located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur, and having a great Operations and Facilities Management Team under my supervision.
    The challengesLearned a lot of new things. I'll say that I can face any challenge at any day, but most of the challenges can be outcome with a good teamwork spirit. Would like to learn more, and face a greater challenge in order for me to grow in the company.

    The good thingsCompany have all the SOP in place and easy to follow. The Superiors are professional and easy to work with. Relatively good staff benefits too like insurance coverage, minimum bonus and chance to travel overseas to learn.
    The challengesHave quite an established team. Pretty difficult to move up the career ladder.

    The good thingsExperienced superior and good rapport with colleagues as we always support each other, great teamwork and we had lots of fun time.
    The challengesDealing with authority departments were one of the great challenges. And getting sponsors for high value sponsorships, especially cash sponsorships were the biggest challenge I had experienced.
