    The good thingsWorking there mostly will increase your experience and knowledge in term of working environment, technical ability. Also bonus is very good if you working hard and more than other company averaging 2 months only. Management really appreciate your ability. They also send staff training to increase their knowledge.
    The challengesThe challenge come when it come to meet deadline. But it not the matter if you well prepare and working hard. Also must make a good decision in a short term in order to satisfied the customer that have schedule at other place. For example me as crane executive must make sure the container ship must clear from the berth in time because the ship has another port to go.
