    The good thingsI think the only good sides working here is you have a very good and supportive colleagues. Also, the working environment is flexible and enjoyable.
    The challengesWorking here, your job scope is not fixed and higher management tend to change your scope accordingly and messily even sometimes without your concerns. They tend to push you to work on things that is not at your level and once you start working on it, they will make it permanently. To keep it short, there is no opportunities for career development even if you are working for 2 to 4 years. And you always need to prepare yourself for career downgrade because it can happened anytime.

    Just OK, could be better.
    The good thingsAbility to interact with foreign workers and learn new things like their culture. Great co-workers and stress free working environment. A small but cohesive group of office workers. Workplace location is relatively free from traffic.
    The challengesThe management could be better and more understanding. Management also should come more often and see how the work is getting done around the factory. Give the factory more autonomy so work could be done easily.
