    NIIT College Kuching - Shocking Experience
    The good thingsGood, friendly colleagues. Very cheap fast food shops at a walking distance. Provides several water heaters workers can use to make hot drinks. Flexible working hours. Wifi quite fast.
    The challengesSALARY ALWAYS LATE. Not only that, you have to personally DEMAND for it for a few times. Employee also need to bring and use their own laptop in office and during lecture sessions because there are no PC provided. Long probation for new workers, 6 months in total where you are an individual contractor, not actual employee No EPF, SOSCO, medical claims. You only have no-pay leave.

    The good thingsNothing much to be expected
    The challengesNothing much to be expected, technically most major downside will be the finance situation where terms of payment is miserable. salary always late this will be a biggest challenges for those who has commitment or loan.
