    The good thingsThe great place in learning for your experience in shipping and agencies field. They do training until you can handled the task given by yourself. This mean you are free from ERROR! Single mistakes are costly! :)
    The challengesIn my opinion, the great way to produce a great worker are make them energetic worker! Provide more courses for knowledge and for sure more activities to build strong bond among worker! Other than that, making the worker feel at home while work.
