    The good thingsFirstly, I think I only done a simple job which is for me is easy. Then, my senior had disclose to me a challenging task although I had wok at here less 1 year. They confident that I can do it that job. I'm happy because they believe that I can do that task.
    The challengesMy senior trust me that I can do a challenging task and she give me one plantation company for me to handle and I need to know the details about the company. Then, I also need to learned new accounting system although I don't have experience on it. Next, I'm also need to review account which the nature of business is oil and gas, then have two subsidiaries under that company.

    The challengesSometimes lots of red tape among department head which filtered the communication between lower level staff to top management. Sometimes top management did not get to know in depth what is going on and hard work done by other business section not so close to them.
