The management lacked clear communication, which often led to confusion regarding project expectations and deadlines. This lack of direction created a stressful atmosphere, as employees frequently felt unsupported and overwhelmed.
The good thingsThe work culture is very collaborative, and I appreciated the open-door policy with management. The company offers excellent training programs that helped me grow my skills.
The challengesWhile the company has a strong team spirit, communication across departments could be improved to enhance project efficiency.

The good thingsAnnual increments and bonuses contributed.
The challengesEnvironment is heavily micromanaged, and lack of support from management. Number of rules that seem overly strict and unnecessary. Limited Parking. Workload is much higher than what the pay reflects.

    Poor growth.
The good thingsAverage pay for fresh graduates. Good experience for learning about production and various processes since we are a service based company. Do not recommend staying long term.
The challengesVery poor growth in salary and bonus. Lack of personal and professional career training. Lack of communication from production. Lack of teamwork between production themselves. Politics. Lack of feedback (improvement) during appraisals. Unappreciated. Very manual working environment in various aspects. Poor priority management in production. Poor work division (expected to work in alot of gray areas) since meeting delivery is your work.

Good place to kick off your career
The good thingsWorkers welfare and overtime
The challengesTo communicate with foreigners - language barrier. Experienced supervisors and managers hard to deal with. Supervisors and operators only listen to managers, they hardly listen to executive. Poor system of management and production. Culture of poor quality and productivity embedded for quite some time - hard to change.

Overall very challenging company to work in.
The good thingsVery friendly and helpful collegues. Mostly young (around 20s - early 30s) so if you are fresh graduate, you can click easily. Many foreign workers are friendly and you can be close with them. Got OT, so despite long working hours, you still benefit from it. Can learn almost everything regarding sheet metal production.
The challengesLong working hours. Might need to work on weekends also at times. Certain managers play a lot of politics. In addition, some production supervisors can be a real challenge to deal with. Lack of teamwork, only know how to push the blame when problem occurs. Not much communication to help resolve issues. But overall, this tough and challenging working environment can help you to grow a lot as a person. So if you are up for it, feel free to join this company.

    Well Supervised
The good thingsLike everyone, I too say, pick your boss not your company. The environment here is so friendly, from the top to bottom of the hierarchy. The works are well guided towards completion. The factory workers are capable in digesting your instructions and help easily. The factory supervisors will guide you well when white collar employees are not around. The flow along production line is pretty smooth. There are more than 4 laser machines from Germany and Switzerland. Parking is almost convenient since it is not provided, but can accommodate many vehicles along the idle road. The nearest restaurant is about 100m from the main gate, which enables easy access during lunch hours.
The challengesBased on what I've heard from some employees, the marketing department is still striving in securing potential customers. From my personal access, the attention coverage is quite wide over the globe, yet not in a potential leading mode yet.

    Learned and matured a lot
The good thingsEvery machinery you can think for metal production, KHEI has it. Great place to obtain knowledge about metal production. Managers are always helpful and colleagues are very close knit, help is always around.
The challengesunsystematic due to being a custom metal production company no sibolid SOP for a lot of things could use more accountability in all sections of the department
