    Salary rate for Senior Level is lower compared to others
    The good thingsColleague is very friendly, working environment also good & convenient. Benefit so far just OK.
    The challengesGot so many project, not enough manpower. So, current designer need to push themself & do overtime to complete the task. Sometime, some project not follow standard timeframe due to urgency or upper management decision. Very stressful & not healthy.

    The challengesBoss too many calcitic, too many politics, hard to grow to levels salary increment is not satisfied. sometimes workers do the double jobs at one time, but there is no increment in salary.

    The good thingsA new, fast, greater ways for construction in high rise projects especially and very practical. A new experience, a better future in construction this days.
    The challengesA great challenges when you had been given a short time to complete the task. Other than that, you need a skill to settle down any issue on site which is beyond your very own job scope,sometimes.

    The good thingsincrease your experience in management (manage worker, time and material), and dealing with client. Besides, currently Kumkang Kind (M) Sdn Bhd has increase its system and its services.
    The challengesThe challenge when I face during working with this company was handling mixed system from Kumkang Kind (M) Sdn Bhd and with others company system such as HDB system at Singaprore project. We should study more other system before we start the project.
