Working culture in Tax
The good thingsGood learning curve with diversified business.
The challengesStressfull especially dealing with the tax leader. Expectation very high but still did not meet eventhough you were trying your best. Expect the employees to know everything but did not willing to guide and always put the blame on others. You need to have a strong heart to work here and willing to accept any word from your leader. Don't expect too much here but as long as you are willing to accept challenge. this is the place. Also, prepare yourself to be downgraded if you make one mistake.

The good thingsLearn a loot on setting up companies, running independently and making good profit for the company. Experiences on presentation to top top management and getting approval for big budget for the company development. Experience in oil n gas and handling the terminal industry and specialising in dangerous goods.
The challengesI have zero experience in oil n gas and terminal but I just took up the challenge and succeed working there at 4 years. But the staff at penang branch supported me and take care of me event hough my age is younger to them.
