    The challengesSeniority is absolute. Young talent is not encouraged to be part of this team your voice shall not be heard. If you seek career growth to expand your potential there then you will definitely regret it.

    The good thingsI gained lots of hands on experiences; marketing, operations and finance (mainly dealing with collection)
    The challengesI would have done a lot more if I was given the opportunity to have additional staffs. I was short-handed and difficult to get works organized. However with this problem, I tends to gained additional knowledge from other areas
