    myself had a lot experience what i can done, teaching, conduct, organize and minor maintenance knowledge
    The good thingsmyself is fast learner person, friendly and I can tutor and teaching students for using equipment's in the laboratory - thermofluid, mechanics and strength I also can do repairing vehicles ( minor ), conduct training and others
    The challengesI always become floor manager for any occasion in our company examples convocation, dinner and any occasion

    Management consultancy department where I learned on the documentations and contract related to construction projects.
    The good thingsI learned to communicate with clients and contractors on issues and problems related to the projects. I also learned about preparing tender documents, tender reports, letter awards, and any contractual documents related to the projects. Besides that, I keep in touch with contractors about progress on-site and make sure they do their work.
    The challengesOne of the challenges was all our projects can be categorized as fast track projects. So, all the works need to be done quickly so that it can be completed on time. Sometimes, there are problem and issue on the project so its need to be solved quickly to make sure there is no delay on the project. This company was great actually but I want to join design consultancy company

    The good thingsgood and nice staff also the general manager are good person where he always give good guide and idea to other staff and internship. The beverage are supported in this company. Have good networking with other geology company, civil engineering company and have cooperation between other university.This company help in person to develop their skill and knowledge although for junior geologist. The services in this company for client are always perfect and statisfied

    The good thingsYou can learn so many things here. My manager is really nice and the colleagues are also nice. I must say if you want to get your experience vast in civil or geotechnical engineering, this is the place.
    The challengesThe company hardly issued a contract with new workers, also they don't give EPF, meal allowance, and hardly to do overtime (even if you do, they will cut down the cost). Your expenses such as claims going to site and attend meeting will be received later together with your salary in middle of the months (sometimes even later) but you can learn so many things if you really consider to gain experiences here but for long term it is not suitable unless you get a permanent position.

    The good thingsA good relationship with a lot of government organisation and private consultants open doors to quality discussions and knowledge transfer. Multi discipline engineering unit (geotechnical, highway, traffic, structure) is one of the company's advantage. Having a number of experienced senior is another advantages as the staff has a place to refer.
    The challengesIt is better for the company (or unit to be precise) to give opportunity to new/young executives to handle projects. The problem I faced was most of the projects was given to the other unit or other consultant thus limited the opportunity for me to expand my knowledge.
