They've encouraged me to contribute and perceived my role as an important role, even though it's not a managerial level at that time. That gave a strength and motivation to keep learning more in the organization.
The challengesGrowth was a challenge there. It was more of a family based business where growth were considered for most of their family members whom were the staffs there too. So, as an external party, expectation on career growth for me was very less.
