    Always no budget. But sales good.Very old technology environment. Got chances to explore old work habit. Staff very hard to adapt new technology although chances already in front of eye and free. Upgrade won't happen till things blow. But that is too late

    The good thingsGreat, superb and owesome team work!!! I working at Logistic and Business Development Department. Working here get positive culture and good environment. We work as a good team player. Help each other and work with friendly team member.
    The challengesTo meet customer date line and if suddenly got any problem from production. We work together to fulfill customer requirement and a bit rushing to ensure the goods delivered successful to customer.

    The good things1. Many things can be learned. A good start for fresh graduates especially for hands on and computer job. 2. The rules not to strict. 3. The staff are mostly friendly. 4. Transportation is available for those who ride the train for work. 5. Cheap and delicious can be buy at the cafe. 6. Staff do not hesitate to help and teach new workers.
    The challenges1. Worker might stressed due to overwork 2. Sometimes, technician and operators are forced to work overtime. 3. Salary for fresh graduates might be low depends on their position. 4. In some department, it's difficult to get leave. 5. Low increment

    A Good Company To Work In
    The good thingsTraining and update of skill and knowledge is systematic and done well. Active participation of all Depts in problem solving and collective responsibilities. Fair evaluation of staff performance and reward system.
    The challengesChallenge to train the lower rung operators who are mostly foreign workers. Communication is a problem that need to be overcome. Productivity and quality can be improved further. Should look into reducing the ratio of foreign workers to local workers in the Production in the long term.

    I was the customer relation executive
    The good thingsIt was great experience learning new tasks and gaining experience in logistics. I was glad to be an employee once in that esteem organization. They've encouraged me to contribute and perceived my role as an important role, even though it's not a managerial level at that time. That gave a strength and motivation to keep learning more in the organization.
    The challengesGrowth was a challenge there. It was more of a family based business where growth were considered for most of their family members whom were the staffs there too. So, as an external party, expectation on career growth for me was very less.
