    Management is absolutely horrible
    The good thingsNiche industry. New experiences and learn a lot by meeting with customers.
    The challengesManagement is more focused on blaming others for their mistakes rather than solving the issue. Office politics here produces a negative work environment as almost everyone has their very own agenda and lack communication and teamwork. Management will twist and turn their words or statements so they will never be in the wrong. Poor sharing of workload between colleagues.
