    Good for fresh graduate. Even with the minimum pay, you still have the opportunity to gain the experience.
    The good things1. can learn new things because all "multitasking" 2. Salary mostly on time
    The challenges1. No career development (promised a promotion just because they want the work done at site) 2. You have to work and have a knowledge as Project Manager in order to fill Asst. Manager post 3. They only increase you salary when you show them the resignation letter together with new offer letter from new company

    The challengesno life balance, subcont is king even they are wrong, low salary, u must know everything even you are freshie, pressure upper line, no OT even you working more than 8 hours

    The good thingsSooo much thing to learn & polish skills. Salary on time. Working shift rotation allows you to enjoy weekend with family, which i never found in any other contractors. Yearly bonus, incentive, token & company trip. Good management for hearing site staff opinion wether work and/or personal related.
