    I had the privilege of working at Lebar Daun for 6months. My time there was incredibly rewarding, and I'm grateful for the opportunities I had, which to have a leader that i am reporting to. En. Fisol cared the most - made sure I always felt supported.
    The good thingsSupportive environment. Colleagues and management alike were always approachable and supportive.
    The challengesReevaluate the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure it aligns with industry standards and employee expectations. Transparent communication about any changes is crucial to maintaining trust and morale among employees.

    Family company & bad management = not a perfect combination
    The good thingsI dont know about other department but mine is good, supportive and helpful. Love the company because i have my work life balance.
    The challengesTHIS IS A FAMILY COMPANY. Hence, there's no bonus, no increment in salary, and not many benefits offered to the staff. The management in this company is terrible. If you want career growth, I dont think you can get it here.
