    The good thingsThis has been a very positive start for me. The company is well managed, and processes are clearly structured, which ensures that everything runs smoothly and in an organized manner. It is also an excellent environment for beginners, as it provides the opportunity to handle and resolve a wide range of issues internally, helping to build practical experience and confidence.
    The challengesThe challenges have been positive and growth-oriented. Resolving technical issues requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which has helped me gain valuable hands-on experience and deepen my technical knowledge. These challenges have contributed significantly to my professional development.

    The good things1. Flexible working hours for office staff, can take time out anytime. Work life balance. 2. Safe work environment for employee. In terms of security and safety, the company is top notch. 3. Transparent work environment and always promote empowerment. Top management always share company's current situation, vision, mision and why things are done the way that they are so that employee understand, remain focused and productive. 4. Have good structured environment since it's a MNC subsidiaries, there are always training and clear procedures in place to help. 5. Financial benefit such as bonus, increments, loans, insurance, dental, spectacle & etc.
    The challenges1. Because of the company corporate structure sometimes the company is too risk-averse. Little bit difficult to get new investment/machine. It can take forever to get things done. 2. Rigid culture, quite often there is an attitude of “this is how we’ve always done things, and this is how we will continue to do it.”
