    The challengesRelationship with group should be more proactive and stronger Shariah based product tailored to Malaysian market. A proper good governance in business and IT should be mo stringent. Local management should focus more on making the business and oversees regional oppurtunities.

    My working experience @ KFHMB
    The good thingsI really enjoy working here. The staff there was very nice, friendly and willing to teach the new thing or task for me. I kind of attached to the staff who treat me nicely. There is also a sport club that monthly prepare an event like bowling competition, open water scuba diving activities, hiking to kinabalu mount and more.
    The challengesSince i am a contract staff, i was not bind directly to KFH. So the benefit i was given was not the same as permanent staff.

    No sense of direction with constant management change
    The good thingssmall bank so everyone knows everyone's business. there is less barrier of communication. its makes it easier for you to be frank with your supervisor and top management. the most out of i got from this its the numerous extension of benefits just enough for my personal use.
    The challengesChanging bosses every 4 months, no sense of direction. towards the end of the year, you will have 4 different mandate and plan to generate revenue becomes much harder to tackle.

    The challengesMost of the task or monitoring is manual. System enhancement for a bank still at initial stage. Benefits for staffs near to superb. Working environment is wonderful. Only poor career development for staff, Replacement required if want to move departments.
