    Exercise common sense by selecting candidates based on experience, average years of service in a single company which represents loyalty & commitment, or perhaps it's something you have no clue of understanding or appreciating.
    The good thingsUnknown, but at interview stage alone shows the management's incompetency in critical decision making. Probably beneficial to only non-managerial positions
    The challengesRefrain from managerial positions as the management themselves are clueless & inexperience in candidate selection: they re-advertised again soon after our interview by revising the hiring role, increased the salary range & dragging the hiring to 3 months! This shall result to managerial turnover every couple of years. There are other vacancies available elsewhere, unless one is too desperate & don't mind wasting time. Good luck working here!

    The good thingsThere are a few great superiors to learn from, work and life mentors can be found but diminishing quality. Great for gaining experience for freshmen. One with exceptionally good leadership will lift the company morale is highly needed.
    The challengesLeadership qualities are not nurtured down to the new generations. There were great leaders but lack of system to nurture new leaders for sustainability of the what makes the company thrive in the early days.

You have the great career in this company, where they also will appreciate what you have done well. For mistake that you make they will guide you to correct, so that in future you would make it again.

Our top management are knowledgeable to bring and expand our company to be greater than before. The staff are hand by hand to support our company policy and company future plan which been constructed by our top management.
