    Knowledge and Culture Difference
    The good thingsProvides great knowledge on property development and real estate matters. Being a master developer, it gives great opportunities to network with local and foreign property developers and investors. It is a close knit company but one requires to blend with the senior management and one race culture. Location is away from KL traffic madness.
    The challengesLack of direction and communication from top management to steer your scope. It is a small outfit company that requires one to hat a few portfolio which may effect certain deliverables. Support staff quality are mostly substandard and can be lackadaisical. Deliverables required of you does not match the pay they offer. Office politics is on-going business. Top management tend to place judgement.
