In 2015, the company went from 1 store to 3 stores with many new learnings. The company had tried to recruit additional head counts to cope with the workload. However, we chose quality candidates and at the time, were unable to find those that matched our requirement. In 2015, we had 1 Purchasing Exec but in 2017, we have 3. And our computer systems are now automated and accessible online, greatly reducing the workload. We have come a long way since 2015 (we started in 2014) and in the last 3 years have made improvements to our IT systems, processes and management style.
