    do not appreciate staff's contribution, especially in this covid period, workload increase drastically but get nothing
    The good thingsfreshie will have a lot of chance to learn and exposed to a lot of work since they need freshie to catch up faster to replace the loss of experienced staff
    The challengessalary increment and oncall rate is extremely low, loss your sleep and health in restless work but get very low pay, especially in this covid period, workload increase drastically,

    The challengesServing customers which are the patients and consultant doctors by providing quality result might be challenging as various individuals have many customised orders that can confuse a personnel. One should be very flexible on taking those extra instructions upon completing job.

    The good thingsI enjoyed my time doing internship at this lab. I'd learned a lot throughout my days here as my supervisor has been very attentive and the fellow staffs in the lab had been very friendly to me. Despite not being provided with allowance, I agreed to proceed with my internship and the knowledge and skills that I had acquired had provided me with a lot of experience.
    The challenges3 months in this lab is not sufficient for me to be competent enough to carry out the daily tasks of a microbiologist. There are still some tasks that require longer exposure time in order to be skilled in.

    I gain more knowledge towards my journey in Lablink.
    The good thingsThis is my first job after I am graduate. So, I really grateful because my first working experience with Lablink (M) Sdn Bhd. I love the environment of the company, I meet a lot of staff with full of kindness and they really gives fully cooperation with HR. My boss encourage me to learn more about HR by sending me to training.
    The challengesSince I am start working with Lablink (M) Sdn Bhd, many things changes drastically. One of it is work flow of payroll. We start implement new things which is Centralised Payroll. So, I have to cope with that changes and it is quite challenging for me as freshie. But I manage to adapt with the new implementation.

    The good thingsThe working environment is so pleasant as for now have not got myself into mondays blues. The superior works in a two way communication very well. Understand the staff needs and problems and work things out to actually benefit both party. Simple rule is pay some respect to earn some. Do your job well and employer would appreciate you in some ways.
    The challengesWhat would have been better if the pay is to be revised. Allowance has been chopped off, different certification does not make any difference in paying the salary. Not as before as far as know. If allowance were to be implemented again, and salary were to be revised, i would surely has no hesitation in working with this company.
