    The challengesNo OT pay but having forced to OT culture. Management is very messy. High turnover rate. Salary under average market price. Unclear job scope. Very terrible with office politics.

    The challengesPoor management, poor communication and cooperation among the colleagues. Top management should consider about the comfortable of the working environment for those lower level - not only control cost. There is lack of cooperation from all the department. Do not have team spirit in the workplace and organization.
