• Manage and monitoring server for GE RIS and GE PACS system.
• Attend and solve user issue/problem regarding the GEPACS system;
• Liaise with vendor on Medical hardware to solving an issues/problem;
• Perform and verify system data backup and recovery upon daily task;
• Ensure GEPACS system in good condition to perform a production;
• Monitor Pacs Staff daily routine on GE system database;
Troubleshot system error:
- Doctor cannot do patient medical reports
- System bug (German error)
- Patient images cannot appear
- Failure when downloading images
- Merge patient registration and redundant images
The challengesLiaising with user, troubleshooting system error and monitoring system as it connected with server.
