The challengesThere’s a concerning level of complacency within the company, with many long-tenured staff clinging to their “usual” ways and showing little openness to new approaches. Only panic and react when huge issue hits them. SOPs are unclear and poorly structured, and processes often feel scattered, making cross-functional collaboration especially for new joiners unnecessarily difficult as roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined. The commercial team is particularly weak not professional and not aggressive(speaking from my past working experience as sales personnel) with frequent communication breakdowns and the absence of a clear, strategic sales plan. Transparency is also lacking, with issues often quietly swept under the rug rather than addressed openly. Too much involvement from the global people on local decisions.
