    Unhealthy manufacturing culture
    The good thingsGood salary and increments. Benefits are average. Think less, do more culture.
    The challengesAll personal required to work politically rather than technically. When operation say something, all support team must follow just like communist culture. No work life balance. Bad manufacturing culture with minimal resources.

    The challengesVery less challenges, we only have challenges to find the right person and the right skill person to be part of our team. Apart from this we are good. What ever challenges that we face, we face it positively. The team work is great, so we do not see any challenges over here.
