    Pooling is bad, customers wants to send it cheaply might as well send it themselves.
    The good thingsCan pick any orders you want, can work anytime.
    The challengesCustomers uses pooling and forces us the driver to send their stuff quickly..., some still asking riders to buy stuff in food staff etc which is not allowed anymore as it is a scam tactics. Customers cancel orders = rider rating get affected. Lalamove loves its customers too much instead of their riders. Making this job only for part time only. Don't use it as full time.

You can choose when and where to deliver, making it ideal for part-time or full-time earning However, it also comes with challenges like traffic, vehicle maintenance, inconsistent income, and no employee benefits. Success depens on your effort, location, and timing Overall, it'a good option for those seeking flexible work and extra income with self management

    The good thingsThe job is flexible (you set your own time), and I picked up a lot of new skills such as proper and polite communication and time management.
    The challengesThe pay is uncertain, as it depends most likely on the distance. Orders are also uncertain as I had to compete with other Lalamove delivery drivers too.

    Consider this is a part time job, while finding a better job

    The challengesTo be competent with another rider to get the order. If late to accept the order, no income that day. This exactly worsed than Grab. If you have problem with customer, such as customer not paying your fare, employer not take responsibility for this matter. They will leave you alone.
